This guide explains how to cancel a Mofos membership, including monthly, yearly, and trial access plans.
Step 1: Visit Mofos Support
Go to the Mofos support page. In the top-right area of the site, select Billing Questions to open the billing help section.
Step 2: Open the cancellation question
On the Billing Questions page, look for the question How do I cancel my membership? Select it, then click the cancellation method link shown in the answer.
Step 3: Choose a cancellation method
Mofos gives you three ways to cancel: by phone, through online chat, or by filling out a form. The original guide notes that live chat is usually the easiest and fastest option.
If you cancel by phone or live chat, keep your purchase information ready so support can find your account.
